By completing your purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by Focused Beauty.

1. Class Registration & Payment

All classes require full payment at the time of registration. Your spot is not secured until payment is successfully processed. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

2. No Refunds / No Transfers

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of class sizes and preparation involved, refunds, credits, and transfers are not permitted for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, or no-shows.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

Participants are expected to arrive on time (or log in promptly for virtual classes). Late arrivals may miss important instruction, and class time will not be extended to accommodate late entry.

4. Class Modifications or Cancellation

Focused Beauty reserves the right to modify class content, instructors, format (virtual or in-person), or schedule as necessary. In the unlikely event that Focused Beauty cancels a class, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.

5. Personal Responsibility & Allergies

Participants are responsible for informing themselves of any product sensitivities or allergies. Focused Beauty is not liable for adverse reactions to products used or demonstrated during the class. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All class content, materials, demonstrations, and techniques are the intellectual property of Focused Beauty. Recording, reproducing, distributing, or sharing class content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Photography & Marketing

By attending the class, you grant Focused Beauty permission to capture and use photos or video footage for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the class.

8. Code of Conduct

Focused Beauty maintains a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Focused Beauty shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during or as a result of participation in the class, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
